President Muhammadu Buhari has dissolved the current National Working Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC),.This was done at the NEC meeting of the APC today in Abuja,according to a Channels Televisions report.
The President equally announced the suspension of all pending litigations involving the party and its members and ratification of the Primary election recently conducted in Edo State.
A care-taker committee has been appointed and is to be headed by the governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni.
The meeting saw some party chieftains joined the session virtually.
However,the President, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, some state governors and members of the National Assembly, as well as the acting APC National Chairman, Victor Giadom attended the meeting which held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa.
